Machine comes with “Band Seal Technology,” magnetic hold down for seal and shrink cycle, pinwheel hole punch, and casters.

This unique "ALL-IN-ONE" L'Sealer and Shrink Chamber is only 56" in Total Length and Features a 16" W x 22" L Seal Area. Featuring new "Band Seal Technology" - will seal and shrink PVC or Polyolefin Shrink Films.

With the new dual magnetic hold down the operator simply lowers the hooded chamber and the magnets apply the seal pressure to produce great seals and eliminate operator fatigue. The magnets hold the chamber closed during the shrink cycle and releases when the shrink cycle is complete. Adjustable grate lowers 3.5" to accept taller products.

Operating

The operator places the product on the package loading tray in between the two layers of centerfold film. The operator then moves the package into the sealing area and lowers the hood. Once the hood is lowered, the Dual Magnets apply pressure to make the seal. Once the seal is made, the Automatic Magnetic Hold Down keeps the hooded chamber down untilt he film has shrunk. When the shrink time is completed, the hood will automatically return to the up position and the operator may remove the completed package. Complete cycle time is approximately 5-10 seconds.
