Return Policy
Media & Consumables
- All opened product is non-returnable.
- Product must be factory sealed.
Equipment
- Defective product can be returned with no restocking fee. If product is found to be non-defective by the manufacturer, a 20% fee will be charged.
- You must contact the manufacturer for technical assistance before initiating the return process.
- Customer is responsible for shipping insurance & packaging the product in its original manufacturer packaging.
Software
- Non-returnable, no exceptions.
Our Policy
- No return authorizations will be granted after 30 days from delivered date.
- Please contact the manufacturer after 30 days for warranty assistance.
- Non-defective products returned will incur a 20% restocking fee and will need to be shipped back by the customer at their expense.
Return Procedures
- Please log in and use the customer dashboard to initiate the return process.
- Once an RMA number is issued, the customer must ship the product according to instructions provided by In House Duplication within 7 days.
- The customer must provide a valid tracking number(s) for the return shipment to our Returns Department within three days of shipping back the merchandise.
- In House Duplication will not be responsible for lost or damaged customer return shipments. The customer is responsible for insuring all return shipments and can file a claim with UPS if the return shipment is damaged.
- Returns without a valid RMA number will not be accepted. Customer returns without a valid RMA number will be refused upon arrival.
- Merchandise must be returned in its original packaging in resalable condition according to manufacturer's specifications with all supplementary items, such as manuals, accessories, etc., or return may be refused and credit will not be issued
